Cancellation Policy
Any color appointments canceled 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a 20% fee. Any client that No-Shows will be charged a 50% fee. To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust the service or reschedule, depending on the day’s schedule.
